Services

Our aim is to achieve full customer satisfaction. To do this, we carefully design our products, control and select suppliers and production processes, pay attention to needs and use special tests and inspections when we work.

DESIGN+
Design is a key aspect and for this reason, it is assigned to specialised technicians who can develop solutions with the maximum flexibility. The people in the design department and technical department have the expertise and experience to design innovative, tailormade solutions in close contact with our customers.
CONSULTANCY AND SUPPORT+
After carefully examining requirements, the company uses the experience it has gained to choose the most suitable technical and economically viable solution. Customers are followed by specialised personnel who support them throughout the inspection, testing and calibration stages. Customer support does not end once the product has been delivered and to guarantee the safety and reliability of our systems in the long term, we offer a qualified checking and maintenance service.
PROTOTYPES+
The people in the design department and technical department are at our customer's disposal to develop prototypes and test systems and follow testing and completion in order to improve performance and increase safety.
DOCUMENTATION+
By keeping our personnel uptodate and sending them on training courses, all our products comply with the standards and regulations in force. Each system has its own user and maintenance manual and Declaration of Conformity which certifies the system in compliance with the EC Directive or Declaration of Incorporation in line with the 2006/42/EC Directive.
ATEX+
ATEX explosive atmospheres. European standards and related decree laws require the classification of explosive atmosphere areas and the use of certified components that comply with the identified hazardous areas. Our company, which has always paid attention to the updating of standards, can supply its own systems and components in line with the Essential Safety Requirements outlined in the European Directive 2014/34/EU (ATEX) which will come into effect as of 20 April 2016 (previously 94/9/EC).
